Youth Red Cross has been functioning in our Sri Muthukumaran College of Education since 2010. We are following the mission of the Indian Red Cross Society is to inspire, encourage and initiate at all the times all forms of humanitarian of activities so that human suffering can be minimized and even prevented and thus contribute to creating more congenial climate for peace. Youth Red Cross programme is compulsory for B.Ed PreTeachers.
