Submission of Documents along with the Application form

Prospective students are required to submit the filled-in application form along with the following documents

• Photocopy of the SSLC Mark statement
• Photocopy of the +2 mark statement
• Photocopy of the UG Mark statements / Consolidated Mark statement
• Photocopy of the Provisional / Degree Certificate
• Photocopy of the last studied TC
• Photocopy of the Community Certificate
• Photocopy of the Aadhar card
• Passport size photos – 2
